thank you thank you thank you

hi friends. i know i said i probably wouldn't see you until after thanksgiving, but i am a liar. it is thanksgiving! wow. right now, i am back in cape cod, and i can't help but think how different i was last time i was here. and i know i'm supposed to be grateful for who i am now, but all i can do is wish to go back to that time. things were so much easier. i feel like life was simpler. i had things i do not have anymore. it's so ironic, on a day i am supposed to be thankful, i have so many regrets.

a friend gave me some advice recently. she told me to make a list of everything i was happy about, and then keep those things in my life. i think this is good advice. it's virtually impossible to not get good advice from her though, she is the wisest person i know. anyways, what other day than today to make a list of things i am happy and grateful for? so i will. this is a multitude of sentences, sincerely addressed to many different people or things. enjoy.
